That is actually a photograph of NC State University against the University of North Carolina at Kenan Memorial Stadium in Chapel Hill, Sept. 21, 1968.
The ball carrier is senior fullback Settle Dockery (36) for the Wolfpack. On defense are tackle Ron Grzybowski (77) and linebacker Bob Hanna (55). The Wolfpack won 38-6 and eventually posted a 6-1 conference record to win the ACC title that season.
